HYIP with free $2.50 Investment!

Check this out! I found an HYIP that gives you an extra $2.50 to start your investment with. You don't need to invest any amount. Okay, I am not into HYIP anymore since I lost a few bucks before but upon hearing from a few friends that they have been paid, I joined immediately. Here is an info about their site.

Since 2004, HYI Fund has been offering the public High Yield Investments through a comprehensive daily profit fund. With investments ranging across a broad spectrum of investment vehicles, HYI Fund has developed one of the most secure high yield investment funds that the market has seen. For over five years, every single member has been paid interest on a daily basis, without a single missed payment.

Each day, 7 days per week, an interest payment is calculated and distributed to each member’s available cash balance. These daily interest payments typically range between 0.5% and 3%, however they have been known to exceed these limits when our investments perform exceptionally well.

HYI Fund is currently offering a free $2.50 investment to all new members. Simply sign up for a new account, and you will automatically receive $2.50 deposited to your account. You can compound your profits, or withdraw, whichever you prefer.

My friends at Life's Dream have been paid already, yes I did say friends that means their are a few of them that have joined and have arleady received their payment. Of course you have to invest 1$ in order for you to withdraw. My friends have already invested a great amount since they have joined.

To join and avail of the $2.50, JOIN AND CLICK HERE.

You can also join at Life's Dream to check out which is the best deals in HYIP, Forex, Stocks, GPTC, PTC, etc...

A Day with Technorati

I felt stupid when I went to Technorati to claim my blog. It took them ages for them to send me an info about the verification of my blog. I already changed my layout and forgot about entering the claim code that they gave me before so went and login at Technorati. Okay, so I am there but I am unable to find any useful link for my personal profile except my username but the rest are advertisements and categories. I don't mind having the advertisements but they forgot the most important thing for their users - NAVIGATION LINKs.

When I clicked my username, I found 3 blogs. 2 blogs are my previous sites and this xleontips as the newest addition. I am already inside my profile but what I don't understand is I still don't see any useful links to me like manage blogs or site, get widgets, get claim codes, etc... I can only see edit site info for the 2 previous blogs that I have already deleted.

So I decided to remove or delete my account. The question is how? When I went to their support page, they said they don't have that option. Okay, so I clicked the "X" and didn't even log-out. If they try to reach me by mail I'll just include them on my spam list.

No need to have technorati points here.

Twittering on Your Desktop

Are you following on a twit or always in a hurry to twit? You don't need to go to your favorites URL, you can always show it on your desktop. Just login and post your new twit or read your friends' twits. You can even add short URL's to your post.

Twitteroo is the answer to that. Download version 1.5. Don't worry, I am going to post an update post once there is an update. I am also using this tool, it is very helpful.

OR go to there homepage below.

Here are the Twitteroo Features:

Twitteroo 1.5 is now available for download! But wait, that’s not all — the TwitterooCore API 1.4 is also available. The Twitter.com API changed slightly so we have updated the TwitterooCore to reflect those changes.

New Features

  • Double-click on any user’s status message and Twitteroo will automatically address a reply to that status
  • Usernames are shown in the status list to match Twitter.com (the full name is shown when a user’s status message is selected)
  • User icons are now cached so that you can Tweet even faster than before
  • Pressing the Enter key (or Ctrl+Enter) will send your status update to Twitter.com

Bug Fixes

  • The status box will not let you add line breaks (returns) into your status message
By the way, it is FREE!

Wow! to Social Spark

I just browsed some of the Social Sparks sponsor and I can't believe some of the things I've owned were featured already and people have earned from reviewing them already. I found some cool gadgets already that I am very interested in buying myself. Hope they ship on our place.

I've been sharpening my skills on writing for the past few months and I think I can say that I have improved. I just hope it helps me in this Social Spark adventures. You will all be hearing from my adventures in this great opportunity for me to earn money and to sharpen my writing skills.

Here is some news and updates about my current money-making programs. Right now, Adgitize is really doing great on my blog. I've been earning a steady income with them and just like what I've said before I am earning more money with them than with my Google Adsense.

To all advertizers, Adgitize is still number one at sending traffics to your website. It also has options on returning a few of your investment. This is most helpful in advertising PTC coz they cost less that the PTC which is for a day only. They are still the number one for me.

EntreCard is still doing great in sending traffic on my blog. So far I have reached my previous blogs visit count with the combination of EC and Adgitize.

Till next time guys.

Make Money with You IPhone

Are you an IPhone user? Did you know that with your IPhone you can make money? How?

FuelMyApp has devised a clever way in helping IPhone applications developer and IPhone users in reaching each others satisfaction and also giving way for IPhone users to gain money of their IPhone applications.

FuelMyApp will pay you to review applications posted in their website. They'll know if you didn't honestly reviewed the application. Up front, you must purchase the application first and then send your review afterwards. After the review has been received and approved., your money will be sent to you through PayPal - the payment for the application cost you have bought and the payment for reviewing it.

A standard application will cost around 0.99$ and in total you will be paid $2.99 per application review. Remember, be honest in reviewing applications or you'll lose your money.

The reason I'm making this a topic is I am pretty determined on having an IPhone as my new cellphone this year or the next year.

Protect Yourself From Virus-Infected Media!

A girl friend asks you if you could print a document for her since her printer is not working so she handed you her Flash USB drive. You managed to help her print and she thanks you for it. Going back to your PC, you noticed that there is something wrong. A virus just got into your PC. How? Your friend unknowingly infected your machine with her virus-infected Flash USB drive.

This usually happens now. A friend of mine tried to copy some freeware games I had and if not for my Avast Antivirus, I would have been infected as well.

The thing is Microsoft made this override system where it automatically detects autorun.inf in every media you plug in your computer and run it without question. Stupid, isn't it?

Well Panda Security has made a small utility to disable this feature NOT MICROSOFT. Yes, Microsoft didn't even think about this small hole that eventually was used efficiently by virus programmers.

Here is an info about their utility:
Panda USB Vaccine is a free solution designed to protect against this threat. It offers a double layer of preventive protection, allowing users to disable the AutoRun feature on computers as well as on USB drives and other devices:
Vaccine for computers: This is a ‘vaccine' for computers to prevent any AutoRun file from running, regardless of whether the device (memory stick, CD, etc.) is infected or not.
Vaccine for USB devices: This is a ‘vaccine' for removable USB devices, preventing the AutoRun file from becoming a source of infection. The tool disables this file so it cannot be read, modified or replaced by malicious code.
This is a very useful tool as there is no simple way of disabling the AutoRun feature in Windows. This provides users with a simple way of disabling this feature, offering a high degree of protection against infections from removable drives and devices.
Visit the site below to download the program. You may have to fill-up some information but it is just a small price to pay.
http://www.pandasecurity.com/homeusers/downloads/usbvaccine/

or download it here - I made it available just in case you don't like to give them information about your email address.

A Must for Firefox Users

Here are some add-ons to your Firefox.

1. AdBlock Plus - this will enable Firefox to hide all unwanted advertisements on every site you go.

2. Popup Master - if you hate those popping-out windows well here is the solution to remove that. It places an icon on the status bar so when you visit a site that requires a pop-up you can enable and disable it easily.

3. Search Preview - if you just made a search on a search engine, don't you love to see what it looks like before you go inside the site you have searched?

4. FireFTP - if you are a web developer or a web designer, here is a useful plugin for Firefox that let's you easily upload files on the internet.

5. Download Helper - if you like watching video clips from Youtube or some other vide hosting sites, you can use this helpful extension for you to download the FLV files from them. This way you can have your own collection at your place and replay it when ever you want.

I am looking for some more extension that might be of help to everyone. I'll uupdate this blog entry once I found new tools.

Jeddah Go WiFi Internet Review

Are you thinking of upgrading your DSL to Go WiFi? Well, it is a great service. The internet is also good but here is a tip before paying that new contract - read the forms carefully, I read the whole form but never really paid attention on the TOS below it or my friend told me.

They are really fast believe me but if you download movies, you'll be warned that the internet connection will be highly affected. You're right I should have paid attention. I thought, my friends still hasn't confirmed or give me news about their internet connection. So I continued downloading movies using Torrent downloader.

This evening I felt what they were trying to say. My supposedly 1MB connection is like a 128kbps connection now.

My advice, if you like downloading movies using torrent, stay with STC DSL and don't bother going for GO! Now that my connection sucks, I am not planning on renewing my contract now. I'm going back to STC Internet.

Go Sucks!

Formatting Desktop PC

This is not a tutorial in formatting PCs. If you recall I had a problem with Internet Gateway Device and was able to fix. I really fixed the issue but the problem is my PC has gone so slow now. I have installed too much application already and even if I try to uninstall the applications, the registry is already soaked with irrelevant entries which leads to my decision to format my desktop PC instead.

Here are the list of must install applications when I come back alive again.
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Microsoft Security Essentials
  • ACDSee 2000 Showroom
  • BitComet
  • Duplicate Cleaner
  • Hotspot Shield
  • K-Lite Codec Pack
  • Macromedia Dreamweaver
  • Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Microsoft Office 2008
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Skype
  • Zscreen Capture

Ah a fresh start once again. I am currently using my wife's laptop. Sometimes the best way to make things right is ... to start from the beginning.

Blog Update:
  • I have reached the minimum Adgitize withdraw amount $10 but I won't be cashing out till I reach the end of my advertisement with them or if I reached the new amount of their new advertisement costs or whichever comes first.
  • I have reached the minimum withdraw amount at Neobux but decided to re-invest it on referrals.
  • More ads on my CMF Ads, thank you guys.

Solution to Internet Gateway Device

It took me hours to fix this issue. None of the given solutions in the internet helped me so I guess this would be a great tip to add here.

It seems the problem is that I have two connections. One is cable and the other is wireless. My previous internet provider is from our telephone company so I plug it in my modem/router which is wireless and the new one I have is a wifi which uses cable (dunno if it is Category 6 or CAT6 or CAT5 network cable) that is connected in an outer router (like a Satellite Dish) on top of our roof.

How I tested?
I connected to my wireless using my previous internet provider and I noticed that the Internet Gateway Device disappears. The reason is because the wireless device is connected through my router which is shared in public (using security of course) so I can connect using my laptop.

My theory, yes only a theory. I am not a network geek after all. I only based my actions on my observations and it seems my observation is correct and I managed to solve the current issue.

Okay, everytime I try to connect using the cable (wifi) it detects the other internet gateway that is used by the wireless (it seems coz it is shared). Now the problem with my wifi connection is that it doesn't have a router so if the Internet Gateway Device is activated (to share internet), my internet doesn't work at all.

The Solution?
  1. Remove the cable from your PC.
  2. Count from 3 backwards hehe! or you could just open Network and Sharing Center.
  3. Once it starts, you'll see that you are now not connected to the whole world so plug the cable back or whatever connection type you wish to connect.
  4. You'll notice that Network and Sharing Center will try to detect the plugged device, QUICKLY, turn off the Network Discovery. This method will prevent the Internet Gateway Device to be detected.
  5. After that, voila! Only one network found.
  6. Enjoy the surfing.
Now, I don't know what type of connection you have at home, but in case you have a similar situation, I hope this will greatly help your problem and I hope it works with you as well. Now, I don't know what effect this did to my connection, if ever there is something bad. You will all konw hehe! I hope nothing serious though.

Windows Vista: Internet Gateway Issue

When I woke up this morning, I checked the internet for the news in my home country since we don't have Filipino channel, I don't like TFC, their news, and most specially Wowowee! Please don't ask me why and don't bask and comment about this. We are all entitled to have our own opinion.

Okay, as I was saying. I was about to check the news when I typed the url and pressed entered there was an error that came out of the browser. I checked google and their is also a problem. I tried using the laptop with a different internet connection and it worked. Tried using the same internet connection and it worked - in my laptop with Windows XP.

My desktop which has a Widows Vista is making some sort of an issue. So I investigated and found out that there is an extra connection available on the network. Now I wondered where it came from. Last night it was working pretty fine. I didn't install any application if you are asking. This Internet Gateway just came out. I almost swear this Internet Gateway is making a fuss on my connection, and yes it did coz the Network & Sharing Center keeps on complaining that there are two networks avaiable. Windows Vista is confused somehow on which to use.

Now, I know some of you felt this before and it really is something stupid. The hard part is the old and traditional way of fixing this problem is nowhere to be found in Windows Vista. It's like everytime there is a problem with my PC, I have to go to the internet and dig deep. It's a treasure hunt just to find a solution to the problem that Microsoft themselves created.

I looked on the internet on how to remove the Internet Gateway Device and was surprised to see some unhappy people who has the same experience as I am. It seems this stupid Internet Gateway Device is making a big problem with my PC. Okay, I still can't find any solutions on how to remove this stupid Internet Gateway.

Okay, I'll just document this until I found the solution. It's a good thing I have another PC available. Stupid vista!

Of course they are also eyeing on things they wanted to receive this coming Christmas and I am no excemption to that. In fact, I am already considering taking classes if I have more time and MONEY! It's a good investment and is already in my Must Have, most probably I'll purchase this one next year.

  • Voice Control recognizes the names in your Contacts and knows the music on your iPod. So if you want to place a call or play a song, all you have to do is ask.
Sorry about that, I can't find a shorter feature. Well, this one is NOT in my MUST HAVE. I say must have because it is something that I really don't need. The Canon EOS 500D is a must have coz I am really investing for a flashy future - yeah Flashy. I really am going to go into class someday so better start and familiarize myself with it. But with IPhone, I.... really, really wish I could have it. It's like a cake with a very tasty icing that you want to touch, feel and taste. I don't really like cakes but it's just a figure of speech.

One good thing is the Telecommunications company here in Saudi Arabia, Mobily just went on a promotion. They really made a very interesting, enticing promotion this time. I better visit them one of this days. Me and my wife are both considering this already. My Sony Ericsson K7 which is older than my son is already complaining for a technician. I'll probably repair it for now until I get my hands on the IPhone. Yes, I am getting one. I have been depriving myself for years for a good cellphone. I really think that I am worthy to have something really cool once in a while, I've been working hard for years. Blah-blah-blah.

Okay, the question would be -- ARE THEY WORTH IT?

YES THEY ARE!

Are you a Drop'aholic and an Adgitizer?

Are you dropping ECs and Adgitizing at the same time? Well, for me I try to save time by using Adgitizer's blog-hopping system I made while dropping ECs if ever I see that they have EntreCard. That is to save me time from gathering ECs and reaching my 100 points at Adgitizer. Why do I do that? Like I said, to minimize time and at the same time gather points and traffic.

In my opinion, both Adgitize and EntreCard are great traffic tools. Combine together they make a great team at building your traffic. I don't actually advertise a lot using the EntreCard points. Honestly speaking, I don't get that many traffic from their cute button with Drop word in it. They just drop and take the EC and then adgitize, how do I know? Coz that's what I do too.

Although their are some instances that I really click the button whenever I find the button interesting or something peculiar. My most grateful experience is when I am at the EntreCards "more stats", I like their graphs showing how silly my EC button is (125x125 graphic image that you use to advertise your blog).

With EC, I get traffic from dropping. I see people dropping and I drop ECs as well. And sometimes my being drop'aholic isn't a waste after all coz some of them drop back ECs. For me, the 125x125 button on EC is just to inform the others that you are there. Atleast I get around 10 clicks from the advertisement that I bought at EC using my points. It still functions as it is.

Now, based on my observation. EC drop is really a big help to your traffic, drop and get a drop as well (1:3 - 1 drops back out of 3). With Adgitize, you'll really earn with them and that is the greatest and most grateful experience for me as far as I'm concern.

So to all bloggers that use both their systems. Please try to put them together in one place. My priority is the Adgitize button, if I don't see the Entrecard beside it, I just click the button 'x' and leave their and just wish to find a EC button on the next link of Adgitize.

I am not ashame to say that I am a Drop'aholic and an Adgitizer, So to all co-bloggers around here, please make sure they are together in one place to get both clicks from me.

My 3 Week Internet Rumblings!

For the past two weeks, I've been blog hopping almost an hour or 2 and found a lot of interesting things out there. Thanks to EntreCard and Adgitize for introducing me to them. By the way, I just reached 1000 ECs, Yehey! Though I won't have much of a use for it right now, I'm planning on maybe a contest next year or this coming Chritmas.

Speaking of Christmas, I've been interested on things that maybe of use to me like food! One of things I've been interested of while blog-hopping are the cooking tips. There is also some electronics which is I am most fond of and mostly the one that take most of my time reading while blog-hopping. Okay, I am a tech-freak. I love looking at those cool devices that blinks, LEDs, LCDs, etc...

Right now, I am eyeing on a modem/router which has wireless and cable feature. I'll probably get one by December or January after I finish my subscription with my Go services. Go services is the first internet provider in Saudi Arabia that offered wifi. It is fast but my problem is I have this urge to download things - can't tell. I just download and check it out then afterwards delete it. Awhile ago, I finished downloading a game - it's a free game MMORPG called Dragonica and it is more that 1GB. Thanks to BitComet, my download was completed. Now, my question would be when will I be available to play this game, my hands are kinda full right now.

I am going 1 month blogging with XLEONTIPS and pretty soon I'll be reaching the minimum payout at Adgitize. I have reached 1000 ECs with EntreCard and gained a lot of ads with CMF Ads. I'm quite happy with what is happening but I am not contented with that. I am trying my best to find more tips on how you can earn money thru internet by experiencing it myself.

So far the most effective would be for bloggers with the use of Adgitize. With this, this blog is turning out to be an online money-making tips. Actually, this blog is not entirely about giving tips on Adobe Photoshop or windows - it is basically about almost about computer and what you can do with it. Design cool pictures, earn income with your internet and PC and lots more.

Okay, that would be it for now. I just thought I could give you some pointers while I'm here waatching my ranks, traffics, money and stuff go up. While your at it, you might wanna check adgitize if you still don't have one. I am offering a $1 money back as soon as you join under my ref link and buy an advertisement.

I'll offer some pay-to-signup here probably next week. So that's it for now. I'll be seing you all again on my next tip.

Looks like I'll be posting a few minor and very easy tips this coming days. Don't worry it will be something very usefull for everyone.

Sesame Street's 40th Anniversary!

I just browsed and saw Google's cute logo with Sesame Street's Ernie and Bert. I don't miss them a lot since my 3 year old son still watches them. Sometimes I still get to watch this show with my son. I've learned a lot of things from this show during my childhood days. This show gave us a lot of lessons and I am grateful of them. Happy Anniversary Sesame Street.

Here's the news entry:

Sesame Street celebrates its 40th birthday this year and all of its most beloved characters have been enjoying the party. The development of Sesame Street has been a long journey full of foam letters, number songs and most importantly laughter. Along the way we have been introduced to some of the best loved characters in television including Big Bird, Elmo, Oscar the Grouch (who resides in a trash can) and Bert and Ernie, the show’s notorious buddies who, thanks to Ernie, often get up to no good.

These characters have always been the main source of attraction and their personalities, gimmicks and songs have been Sesame Street’s lifeline since it began. It is these characters that give the show its charm and become best friends to children worldwide who can recite the character's songs and catchphrases. It is widely known that Big Bird can always be relied on for advice and that you can count on Elmo, Oscar and the rest of the gang to make you laugh. But how much do we really know about the genius behind these characters? It's about time we were introduced to the puppeteers responsible for teaching thousands of children their A-Z's.

Wish their show more power. By the way my son learned a lot from them as well.

2 Reliable Antivirus Software

There are 2 reliable softwares that I trust now and they are both FREE!

First, the Microsoft Security Essentials. I know most of you will say Microsoft! Well, it was my first reaction as well. One good thing about it is, it is FREE! Yes, you heard me right, I already said that the first time - Sorry!.

The reason they are doing it is, it's their system that this virus creators that are crashing. I don't know what they ate and whoever cooked it, I'm glad he did. I just hope that they have done that along time ago. Atleast they have come to their senses.

Only thing here is, you must have a legit Microsoft Windows. Sorry about the others.

And the other one is none other than Avast Antivirus. Guys with pirated copies of Microsoft Windows, I know you'll be delighted to have this software. I have tested it and it is also a great antivirus. It's also FREE! and very easy to use. They also have daily updates for antivirus definitions.

Actually, there is a limit of 60 days to use the FREE copy but after 60 days and you are still not convinced to buy a licensed copy, you can just get a new 60 days serial number. I don't know how many times you can do it but from what I've heard, you can get a 60 day evaluation license as much as you want to.

UPDATE: (Sept 02, 2010) Currently, when you register at AVG, you'll be sent a serial number which is valid for one year - so it is not 60 days anymore - Yipee!)

I've tried AVG but it sucks, dunno about others. Kaspersky, I've also tried it. It's also good but heavy on the hardware coz it uses a lot of memory. Worst thing I used is McAfee, like Kaspersky, it is hungry for more memory.

This are great protection specially to all those who use PayPal and AlertPay on their online money-making websites. Still, be cautions in web hopping. Happy Surfing guys!

What is PTC?

PTC or Paid-To-Click are sites that offer to pay you for clicking their advertisements. Probably, this business has the most number of scams. I am not new to this business. Before I used to join a lot of PTCs whenever I see a decent looking one. If ever there aren't any scam PTCs out there, this would be the greates business of all for everyone to join. Why? The income you gain is really something promising. The only thing you have to do is to take 20-30 minutes of your time to click their ads, that's it.

Like I said there are a lot of PTC scams out there. But among them there are only few I could trust:

NEOBUX - $0.01 per ads

Got paid her twice already. You may need AlertPay before you could join this site.

CLIXSENSE - $0.01 per adds

Too bad, I earned money here but I only used it to advertise before. Good at getting traffic as well.

I am planning on going back active on PTCs and I found some other pretty decent once again. I will make an honest review of them here as well.

Submit Your Site to Search Engines

Okay, you might be wondering why search engine crawlers never actually crawled in your site. Here is where you can submit your sites to add more visibility on the internet and search engines.

Google - http://www.google.com/addurl/
Yahoo - http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/au/free/submit
MSN Bing - http://www.bing.com/docs/submit.aspx

Hope this helps. I'll update this when ever I see some good things to add your site. Please be on a lookout.

Network Affiliate Website that Works!

There are probably some great social affiliate website that really works and I am going to find it out for myself. I'm not going to hesitate sharing it to you guys so be on look out for my updates.

Right now, I would like to share the experiences I had for the past week.

1. Adsense, does it really work?
Well, since this blog isn't that big yet, I decided not to implement it on this blog for the meantime and try making space for other advertisers who would like to share a few traffic from my site. I'll also be making my advertisement cheaper.

2. Adgitize - works really great!
Being an advertiser at Adgitize really made my traffic boost high. How I wish there are a few more of this Adgitize out there that really helps people gain traffic & income. My earnings when I was just a publisher alone gained me a few bucks from Adgitize but now that I am an advertiser with them I can say that it does help to advertise with them. Advertisers will really gain back their invested 50-120% - depends.

Bonus from me. Join under my referral link and advertise and I'll pay you $1 back rebate and I'll create your 125x125 button ads for Adgitize. JOIN HERE and GRAB MY OFFER!

And I forgot to mention, the admin is really kind and honest and very supportive as well. So far the number one affiliate I've seen in my 4 years in online income business.

3. EntreCard - It helped too!
yes, Entrecard still helps you get more traffic but you have to be active in dropping in order to gain points or just be active so your popularity constantly. With the help of Adgitize, you will gain lots of points for sure.

4. CMF Ads - Not for traffic!
Well, it really doesn't work for your traffic if you are not the advertiser. I suggest it though, since it will give you the capability to earn money. I just hope they have a weekly option instead of a month so earning cash is much easier.

Thanks to the combined power of this three, I was able to gain lots of traffic. So I'm sharin' my traffic and make a promotion of cheap ads. Check out my Ad Services for the cheap ad package.

Adobe Photoshop: Comic Style Photos

Are you ready for the next lesson? Once again, we will be needing Adobe Photoshop in doing this. Why don't you grab the finished image on our last lesson or click here.

Now that you have the image, let us continue.

1. On the toolbox, choose the Rectangular Marguee Tool (refer to the left image).

2. Make a square selection like the illustration on the left.

3. On the menu, go to Select and choose Inverse. Look at the illustration on the right.

4. Locate the Layers mini-window inside Adobe Photoshop. It looks like the image on the left. Now, make a new layer by clicking the create new layer icon.

5. Paint the inversed selection box with white color. Now, it should look like the one on the right side.

6. Right-click on the newly created layer and choose Blending Options.

7. Select Outer Glow, change the color to black, and Blend Mode to Normal. Most likely your image will look the right below the Layer Style image.
8. Now, we are not yet done. Create a new layer like in step 4. Choose that layer and paint it with white and it SHOULD be under the frame.

9. In your toolbox, make your primaty color white and secondary brownish orange or as you like - best is brownish-orange. Refer to image on the left.

10. Your image should look just like a plane box - same as the right box.

11. Now on the menu Go to Filter and choose sketch and Halftone Pattern, choose dots. It should look like the pattern on the right below.

12. Select the new.layer and Choose Overlay. It will look this. Add some text in your comic image, look for anime fonts or comic book fonts - Check out here.

13. Lastly, after putting a text. Select the layer of the frame and choose "Rectangle Tool". Draw a rectangle using the "rectangle tool" and cover the text area. Here is your finish product.

Wow, it's a pain just to layout this lesson. Forgive me guys, let me fix this issue later. And that would be our lesson for today.

Photo to Cartoon ver2.0

Hello! I am back. I thought I was really going to catch a cold there, I'm feeling better now. I have promised before from my past article that I'll be posting an article which includes a new technique to create a cartoon effect.

As you can see, my boy Ize is back with a new lesson for everyone. Here I'll be teaching you another way to achieve cartoon effect like the finished picture on the left side.

You'll probably hate me for this. This is a shorter version of the first Cartoon to Photo lesson that I did. So here it goes:

1. First, right-click on this picture and save to clipboard or save it on a file and then use it on your adobe photoshop.

2. Use Poster Edges. You can use the default value.

3. Adjust the Brightness and Contrast till you are satisfied with the outcome.

4. Tada! Finish.

That's how simple it is. The first one is kinda clean cartoon effect while this one is not so neat version or grunge cartoon effect.

Hope you enjoyed our lesson.

Using this same image (the one on the left), we will continue our lesson about Comic Style Picture on our next lesson.

Thank you very much and wish you enjoy your stay.

I am still thinking of a theme, before I thought of the Coolest Choice Award or Most Sexy Blog, etc... which will also have prices and a trophy I made. All candidates will have a 125x125 image displayed on their pages and linked to the Contest Information. Of course, I am still thinking and preparing all that I need. The candidate button will look like this.
