ADPTC - Are they going SCAM?

Here is the latest message from the ADPTC Admin. Read it and be the judge if they're going to be SCAM soon. By the way, my withdrawal request has been returned to my balance for how many times already and then this:

My AdPTC's Continuing Success!

I have only been a member of this 2 years old PTC this last March 2010 yet I have seen the greater potential for it to beat NEOBUX out of it's current top rank. Sadly, my Neobux account isn't making much money than my AdPTC. To think I am a premium member of NeoBux yet I am making more money with my standard account at AdPTC makes me feel regretful in my decision to upgrade at Neobux. And it's even easier to gain refs at AdPTC.

I have good news and bad news in this article. First, lets go to the good news.

International Offers - one of my old GPT site is still the most honest GPT site I've ever seen. I haven't logged-in there site for almost months and when I logged-in I found some cents that has reached the minimum payout for LR. So I tried it and test if they are still paying. I totally forgot that I have made a cashout from them so I continued on my life and one fine evening as I was checking my LR, I found some cents. I am expecting I have none but why do I have .39 cents so I checked the details and found out that Intoffers just paid me once again. Thank you dear admin. Here is the proof:

Okay, now on with the bad news. First let me ask you, have you seen a website that can be found at PTCs where he got money from exchanging Liberty Reserve to Perfect Money and vice versa? The exchange site for LR to PM seems to be selling their PM at a higher price of $1.32 per $1. The exchange site is STREAMEX.org. It is very tempting and yes I was tempted. I tried to investigate but I found no entries of them in scams but eventually found out that I am looking for "Steamex.org" and not "Streamex.org" - stupid me. So to make it short, my greed took over and I lost my $10LR. I tried to contact them but the email addresses they put on their site isn't working just to prove they are scam. ADPTC 1st Payment: I Had To Try

Okay I just got paid - thanks ADPTC for my first payment experience. I know this won't be the last. For all those still doubtful of them - no need to be. They have been honestly paying their members for 2 years now and they continue to grow. Recently their upgrades has lessen their ads but they are back on track now and their site is now totally working 100%.

ADPTC's Slow Down

Recently, I've been having problems accessing ADPTC's site. At last, I was able to go through their forum because even their forum is having slow down issues. Here is the word from the administrator.

With the rapid growth of AdPTC (> 100,000 users, > 6 mln clicks), an obvious problem occurs: scalability. The site started being sometimes slow and giving errors.

I started looking for the ways to improve the situation. And fortunately I did found some flaws in accessing the database. This flaw is the reason of bad database behavior, and needs to be fixed.

I started the optimization forum to see how it would look like. I had to rewrite about 20% of the script, but now the forum is ready. It's been moved, several new features have been introduced (like SEO URLs), but it still lacks some features. It will be fixed soon.

The good news is that the new forum works perfect, the forum database is not overloaded anymore. It means that I'm on the right way.

Now it's time to optimize the whole site, this will probably take up to 3 weeks. Alas... In 3 weeks (maximum) all problems will be solved.

I understand that it's a long period of time, many of have Premiums, direct/rented referrals etc. That's why I'll be introducing the optimizations step by step for you to feel the benefits immediately.

For example, even if you get an error while watching the ad, it still counts, and you still get the click, thus you get the money from referrals.
